The use of our website or any associated services rendered through First Choice Consultants  is subject to the following privacy policy and your acceptance of these terms, including any future amendments made to them.

At First Choice Consultants, we value your privacy and take all necessary measures to protect it. As immigration consultant, we collect specific information from prospective individuals seeking immigration under various programs. The information we gather through telephonic conversations or face-to-face interactions is essential for us to meet the needs of our applicants. We have a comprehensive data protection policy in place, ensuring the security of all your credentials at every level.

We assure you that all credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. All payments made on our website are processed by our trusted payment processing agent. We do not retain any personal or credit card information, except for the necessary payment details.

Any information, details, documents, or other forms provided by clients to First Choice Consultants will be treated as confidential. We will not share this information with any other party, except when required for the immigration process, such as government bodies, visa immigration departments, or case officers. We collect only the necessary details, including your name, contact information, delivery details, and email address, and we handle them with strict confidentiality

Refund Policy:

Please note that once FCC Immigraton Services submits the client’s immigration or visa application, the client will not be eligible for a refund if they choose to end their agreement with our services and withdraw.

By making a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and understood all our terms and conditions.

The client may cancel or withhold the application at various stages of the process without claiming a refund from the company, even if it is done immediately after signing the contract. Once the agreement is signed, we do not refund the amount, as all the information and process details were provided in good faith and in accordance with the existing rules and regulations of the respective country for filing the application.

The client accepts responsibility for any misrepresentation or fraudulent information provided in the application package.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

– The client has failed the medical examination.
– The client has a criminal record.
– The client is not proficient in the English language.
– The client is unable to provide the relevant documents as required (depending on the country and program applied for).
– Any changes in criteria or corporate policies introduced by the respective authorities.

Refunds will not be issued even if the client is informed by the respective immigration office that they do not qualify for the applied program, except for the following reasons: medical reasons, security concerns, misrepresentation, insufficient information, insufficient funds, language proficiency, misleading information, non-accredited or unrecognized education credentials, unsatisfactory work experience evidence, non-submission of complete/required documents within the specified time frame, retroactive changes introduced by the government office that affect the client’s case, non-cooperation from the client or their dependents, or any violation of the contractual clauses.

Please note that refunds are issued only under special consideration and against First Choice Consultants’ terms and conditions. The refund application will be processed within 90 working days at the sole discretion of First Choice Consultants’ legal team.
